Important Notice - Unit Operating Hours

April 3rd – National Holiday (All Units)

Please be advised that all units will be closed on April 3rd due to a national holiday. We kindly ask you to check with the respective units in advance regarding the possibility of making deliveries on this date.
 
 

April 9th – Municipal Holiday (RPBC – Cubatão)

Additionally, please note that the RPBC (Cubatão) unit will be closed on April 9th in observance of the municipal holiday celebrating the city’s anniversary.

Revision of Goods Families Subject to the Quality Requirement

We inform you that a new revision of the User Guide – Quality Requirements has been published on the Supplier Channel, according to the documentation available at the link below.
 
We emphasize the importance of suppliers being aligned with the User Guide, especially regarding the correct association between Material Numbers (MN) and their respective Material Families (MF).
 
Compliance with quality requirements is essential to ensure:
  • Quality of the supplied goods
  • Traceability
  • Compliance with Petrobras requirements
Required action:
Suppliers are requested to consult the new version of the Guide and make the necessary updates to their internal processes whenever applicable.

In-person Supplier Service

The new available modality for scheduling appointments.

We would like to inform you that, starting from September 18, 2024, we have introduced a new option for serving current suppliers registered in Petrobras, which is the IN-PERSON SERVICE available in the following locations:

•    Manaus/AM - Manaus 1 Building (EDIMAN 1);
•    Paulínia/SP - Paulínia Refinery (REPLAN);
•    Rio de Janeiro/RJ - Senado Building (EDISEN);
•    Salvador/BA - Pituba Tower Building (PITUBA);
•    Vitória/ES - (EDIVIT).


From now on, in addition to video-based assistance, suppliers will also have access to a self-scheduling system for in-person appointments.
 
The initial focus of in-person service will be on the Registration Process in Petronect (www.petronect.com.br).

For any further questions or needs, they will be recorded during the appointment, and the responses will be provided later.
 
 

How to schedule in-person or video-based appointments

 

Companies that wish to receive information or guidance regarding the Registration can schedule an appointment through Petronect. To do so, simply access the Petronect Portal, log in, click on the "Cadastro na Petrobras" (Registration in Petrobras) menu, select the "Agendamentos" (Appointments) option, and then click on "Agendar Participação" (Schedule Appointment), choose the desired modality (select a location for in-person appointments), and select an available time slot from the agenda.

For companies that do not have a login and password, it is necessary to previously register by providing the CNPJ and location information.

This registration can be done through the Quero me Cadastrar (I Want to Register) link in order to enable scheduling.

At the scheduled time, an analyst will clarify your doubts about the registration process and provide personalized guidance for your case.

If you prefer to schedule your appointment via phone, please contact our Customer Service or Relationship Center at 4020-9876 (for capital cities and metropolitan regions) and mobile phones, or 0800-282-8484 (for other locations).

For remote video-based appointments, you will need a computer with a webcam and an internet connection, as the meeting will be conducted through the Teams application (a link will be sent for browser access). If you have any questions about accessing Teams, click on Support for Using Teams.

We recommend that for appointments at REPLAN, you arrive 30 minutes in advance due to the access procedures to an industrial unit.
 
For the other locations, we recommend arriving 15 minutes in advance.

eDilig User Manual for Suppliers

We would like to inform you that eDilig can now also be accessed directly by suppliers, which will allow faster communication and greater autonomy in monitoring orders with Petrobras.
 
Through eDilig, you can:
  • View your pending orders with Petrobras directly in the system
  • Consult information that was previously requested from expeditors
  • Enter the expected delivery date for items
  • Send comments (notes) directly on the items

Expected Delivery Dates and Comments
The expected delivery dates and comments submitted by suppliers will be monitored by Petrobras directly in eDilig.
 
It is important that this information is entered carefully because:
  • Dates may be evaluated for delays or alignment with operational needs
  • Sending comments does not replace other structured communication methods, such as opening a service request (ticket)
