Fortalecer Program

The Fortalecer Program was created based on Petrobras’ commitment to building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive supply chain.

Its goal is to boost the development of micro and small businesses led by people from underrepresented groups — such as women, Black people, people with disabilities, and older adults, located in the Vale do Paraíba region (in São José dos Campos, Jacareí, Caçapava, or Taubaté) — by promoting real opportunities for access to Petrobras’ supplier market.
