The Petrobras Good and Service Supplier Register is the database that brings together the information about our service providers and suppliers of goods, which will be permanently open to interested parties and will be valid, for qualification purposes, for up to one year, and may be updated at any time.
The supplier registration process is carried out in a computerized system available on the Petronect portal, which features the general Registration rules.

The Petrobras Good and Service Supplier Register will be maintained for the purpose of enabling and monitoring the performance of suppliers, since the interested parties can prove, through their Registration Certificate (CRC), compliance with the requirements set forth under the public notice compatible with the requirements for registration.
The Registration and Registration Classification Certificate (CRCC) will be replaced by the Registration Certificate (CRC).
We may issue Full or Partial Registration Certificates to interested parties. The CRC will be full when it meets all the qualification parameters set forth under article 58 of Act 13,303/16 for the intended family, or partial when it meets at least one of them, without prejudice to other information required by Petrobras.

Qualification
Qualified companies may be registered in our Supplier Register, provided that the requirements of the bidding document are compatible with the requirements of the Supplier Register.

For supply items referring to the families listed in the Petrobras Supplier Register, the qualification requirements may be fully or partially evidenced by the requirements for compatible registration, according to each notice.
Therefore, the registration requirements will be public and will remain available to suppliers in the Supplier Register Portal.

The Qualification stage aims to evaluate the requirements that must be met to prove the bidder’s suitability and ability to execute the subject matter of the bid. The qualification to hire goods and services will be analyzed based on the parameters of article 58 of Act No. 13,303/16.

The bidding and pre-qualification procedures will comply with the minimum legal deadlines (Art 39 - Act 13,303/16) for bid submission from the publication of the invitation to bid.

The bidding procedures, pre-qualification and contracts governed by this Act shall be disclosed in a specific portal maintained by the state-owned company or mixed capital company on the Internet, and the following minimum deadlines must be adopted for the submission of proposals or bids, counted from the disclosure of the call notice:
I - For asset acquisition: a) 5 (five) business days, when the lowest price or the highest discount is adopted as the judgment criterion; b) 10 (ten) business days, in the other cases;
II - For hiring works and services: a) 15 (fifteen) business days, when the lowest price or the highest discount is adopted as the judgment criterion; b) 30 (thirty) business days in the other cases;
III - At least 45 (forty-five) business days for bidding in which the best technique or the best combination of technique and price is used as a judgment criterion, as well as for a bidding where there is semi-integrated or integrated contracting.
Sole paragraph. The changes made in the call notice will be subject to disclosure in the same terms and deadlines of the original acts and procedures, except when the change does not affect bid preparation.
