Registration certificate

We issue the Registration Certificate (CRC) to suppliers who have met one or more criteria of the family of interest. This certificate may be total, in case of approval in the Technical, TEC-SMS, Economic and Legal criteria, or partial, when at least one of these criteria is approved.

The certificate is valid for up to one year, as determined by the lowest among the Technical, Economic, and Legal criteria expiration dates. The Economic and Legal criteria are renewed annually, and we advise that the request must be made up to 60 days prior the expiration date. The technical criterion will be extended automatically as long as the supplier has technical approval.

Disclosure of the certificate

The supplier may disclose that they have the Registration Certificate while it is valid, but without using our trademark or any graphic manifestation to communicate the certification.

The improper use of the certificate constitutes serious misconduct and may be subject to registry sanctions and prevent negotiations with the entire Petrobras system.
