Petrobras is launching an accreditation process for mentors who will operate in the refining sector. Applications for the first window can be submitted between
April 17, 2025, and May 16, 2025.
The purpose of this accreditation is to select qualified professionals to share knowledge and experiences in the refining sector, contributing to the development and improvement of new operators working in the unit.
The accreditation is aimed at professionals with extensive experience as Operations Technicians in Petrobras refineries. A minimum of 15 years of experience is required. The specific requirements for each area, as well as the guidelines for acting as a mentor, are detailed in the accreditation process notice.
Accreditation does not guarantee immediate selection, but approved mentors may be called upon as the company's needs arise. The process will be valid for 24 months, and it may be extended for an equal period at Petrobras's discretion.
